Since the company’s inception, Al has played a pivotal role in building TurtleDove into a trusted provider of eco-friendly cleaning services, combining strong operational insight with a deep commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence.

Eva Onitiri, MSW, BSW, RSW
Co-CEO & Director of Operations | TurtleDove Cleaning Services
Eva co-founded TurtleDove Cleaning Services with her husband and serves as co-CEO and Director of Operations, providing strategic and operational leadership across all service lines. She leads the implementation of organizational systems, structures, and policies; workforce development and training; environmental and health & safety standards; human resources; regulatory compliance; and supply chain operations—ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
With over 20 years of global leadership experience spanning multiple industries, Eva has led complex operations across Canada, and Turkey, bringing a systems-driven, people-centered approach to organizational excellence.
